ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We will accommodate the cancellation of your order request, as long as it has not yet shipped. If your item has shipped at the time of your cancellation request, please return the item to us, and you will receive a refund, (minus our shipping costs to you) on your purchased item(s).

Every product you buy from us comes with a 30 day limited warranty. This warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by us, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion).

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide
your name, the order number, your contact information, and method of payment.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
Our in stock inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated on our website as “in stock” may in fact, be out of stock, when you place an order. We do our best to keep up with demand for our products, and sincerely regret this issue.
If this does happen, we will contact you immediately both by email and telephone, to notify you that your order has been placed on back-order. This email will provide you with instructions on how to return the back-order item(s), for a refund, (minus our shipping costs to you) should you prefer not wait.
Should you choose to call us with any questions in regard to an out of stock item you purchased, we will help you cancel your order via the phone, should you prefer not to wait. We will then send an email to you to confirm the details of the conversation.
Most out of stock items are usually in stock again within two (2) weeks. Certain items for sale on our website are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and usually shipped within two (2) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item if you prefer.
All items indicated to be instock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00
PM Eastern Time. Instock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the
following business day.
A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).
In addition, our shipping rates are clearly displayed. You will always be given an exact estimate for the cost of shipping which will be displayed at the checkout section of our website store. Please review this shipping charge before you decide topurchase it. This way, you can clearly and easily understand why additional charges are added to the original cost of your item.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock.
